Description:
"Between Worlds" is a six year portrait of three Vietnamese Amerasians
and their families who arrived in the United States as refugees in
1992. From Vietnam to a refugee camp in the Philippines and on to
the final destination in the United States, this film is an extensive
and moving portrait of recent immigrants. Born of interracial union,
often unaware of their real parentage, carrying the desire to belong
from one society to another, they are the often ignored "victims"
of the Vietnam war.
