- All attendees, guests, panelists, staff and volunteers have to be fully vaccinated or negative-tested
- If using tests, the presented negative tests must not be older than 48 hours
- Masks must be worn at all times, including guests and panelists.
- Temperatures will be scanned at the door
- Sanitizers and spare masks will be available
- Seating will be spaced out to allow for distance between attendees
- All receptions will be held outdoors.
- When screening at alternate venues, we will respect any additional requirements they might impose

We will accept vaccination proof or negative tests in the form of vaccination cards, phone records, printouts and photos of the above documents.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holders to present proof at the door. WE WILL NOT REFUND TICKETS FOR ADMISSIONS DENIED DUE TO LACK OF PROOF OF VACCINATION OR TEST, NOR FOR REFUSAL TO WEAR A MASK.

While we hope that our measures are sufficient, we understand that things might change, in which case these measures may be superseded by new requirements of the County, the Sate or the US and will adapt accordingly, so please check our website for the most current updates.

We believe that these measures, although cumbersome, are a small sacrifice compared to the benefit of being able to enjoy the festival together and hope you will help us make them work as intended.
