This year UNAFF is organized in-person, and while we are delighted to be back, we are keenly aware of the risks and limitations imposed by Covid-19. Considering the safety of our community of paramount importance we have enacted a number of measures to provide a safe and healthy experience for everyone. We will allow NO EXCEPTIONS to these measures. - All attendees, guests, panelists, staff and volunteers have to be fully vaccinated or negative-tested We will accept vaccination proof or negative tests in the form of vaccination cards, phone records, printouts and photos of the above documents. It is the responsibility of the ticket holders to present proof at the door. WE WILL NOT REFUND TICKETS FOR ADMISSIONS DENIED DUE TO LACK OF PROOF OF VACCINATION OR TEST, NOR FOR REFUSAL TO WEAR A MASK. While we hope that our measures are sufficient, we understand that things might change, in which case these measures may be superseded by new requirements of the County, the Sate or the US and will adapt accordingly, so please check our website for the most current updates. We believe that these measures, although cumbersome, are a small sacrifice compared to the benefit of being able to enjoy the festival together and hope you will help us make them work as intended. |
